Vahid Ezzatpanah

Vahid Ezatpanah is an Iranian contemporary artist and calligrapher best known for developing Egzo Calligraphy, a unique style that blends traditional Persian calligraphy with abstract visual composition. By altering the proportions and rhythm of letters, he creates expressive works that reflect freedom, suspension, and inner exploration.
Deeply inspired by classical calligraphy, mysticism, and modern art, Ezatpanah’s practice is rooted in breaking away from repetition to discover the essence of script. His art is both a visual and spiritual journey, seeking stillness, meaning, and transformation through form.
"To escape repetition, I became my own inspiration…"
